Is $10,000 a reasonable cost for eyelid surgery? - eyelid surgery blepharoplasty

seems a lot. Botox for cosmetic reasons (double Asian blepharoplasty). It takes 45 minutes. 10k is adequate or should I at another plastic surgeon?
